What have they done with it ? Loan us money . "Iraq"," tax cuts", "housing bubble " Any of that sound familiar? .
" China has expand its military to an extent far exceeding the needs for its self-defense. "

First China is going to go after Taiwan, then; since they're feeling their "Wheaties" they'll figure the US won't do anything.
Japan and South Korea should be getting nervous as well.
Precisely what has the US done, it kept the world; at least as much as it could away from the Russians and promoted freedom, prosperity and democracy and bent over backwards to help those who needed it when a problem happened; the tsunami in Indonesia is a good example; while US helicopters were delivering food and supplies there were people walking around in front of the cameras ( all disheveled from what just happened ) with Osama Bin Laden t - shirts on.
What the hell is that!!!, and where precisely were their Muslim "brothers"; letting the dopey US pony up all the money while they provide only "token" help, that's where. HMMM!!! maybe that's one of the questions people should be asking. Getting back to China we are putting a bullet in our own heads by buying Chinese products because they are going to start flexing their muscle and we're in the crosshairs. China is, in no way shape or form our friend. I look at everything I buy to see where it's made. 3 Com is the latest company that is about to sell militarily sensitive technology to the Chinese, and the government is no longer able to stop them so we need to do it, but I'm afraid our consumerism and inability to
deny ourselves and just put something back on the shelf is going to come back to haunt us big time.

25% of the foreign currency earnings of the Peoples Republic of China were being used to prop up inefficient, money-losing, state-owned enterprises. China has no missiles aimed at us. The missile with the best guidance system in it is the CSS-5 or "Dragon 2000". It has a range of 2,000 nautical miles and can reach our military facilities in Korea and Okinawa.
Trade between our two nations is the real way to bring down communism in China. Their people have been given a measure of economic freedom and are pushing for political freedom. The two go hand in hand. People in Shanghai are more interested in having the government regulate bottled water distributors and get rid of the dead spots in the cell phone system than in studying Karl Marx or Mao Ze Dong.

China is re-investing a lot of their trade surplus to new business enterprises, especially in places like Africa and South America. So, you will see China's economic foothold growing in these regions in the coming years.
China has also increased their military spending considerably. But the bulk of this spending is covering the upgrade of China's military equipments to the latest technology. Most of China's military hardware were still using Cold-War era technology.

Not buying Cinese made goods is not going to change a damned thing in regards to China selling arms to unfriendly nations. Unfortunately you Americans have forced the rest of the world into a global economy to the point where if China farts, the rest of the world economies s#*t. The slumbering econo-industrial giant of China is awake and it's consumerism is accelerating out of control to a point that the worlds reserves of oil and gas (and many other natural reserves) are going to be depleted at a rate never imagined by the western world before. They have a consumer base a thousand times bigger than that of the US. The problem is, your monolithic global multi-national companies are busting their asses to get a foot in the Chinese door. What ever they can sell in the US, they can sell 1,000 times more in China. The multi-national conglomerates are the ones that dictate American fiscal and foreign policy. If your leaders didn't implement the policies dictated to them by the money hungry multi-national whores, then you wouldn't have to be afraid of people pointing weapons at you. Sack your politicians and get some that have the balls to stand up to the big boys who are raping the planet for fun and profit.

The 35 cents. The commerce surplus is how plenty greater we pay them for his or her products as they pay us for ours (and for that reason we've a commerce deficit). when you consider that we are in basic terms paying them the 35 cents, that's all that concerns thus. the different 19.sixty 5 is purely Mattel (or whoever owns Barbie), putting their markup on the product. If the Barbies have been chinese language Barbies, it may be a diverse tale as that funds (the $20) would be going back to a chinese language business enterprise and for that reason making the full value area of the "commerce". it might surely probable be truly decrease than $20 for sure, because of the fact the shop (Wal-Mart or whoever) would in basic terms be paying $15 or in an attempt to the chinese language business enterprise, and then promoting for $20 of their shop for his or her own income. yet each and all the comparable, it might nevertheless be greater suitable than purely the 35 cents.
