Start with a pan in which you've just fried a bunch of bacon. Gently break the eggs into the medium hot bacon grease. Use your spatula to wash the grease over the top of the eggs. Use a spoon if you have one with a long handle. Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, they will be embedded with tiny bacon crumbs and will taste absolutely wonderful.

No bacon grease? Scramble 'em with lots of grated cheddar.

Meanwhile, I'm just fixing myself some fried eggs on toast. Eggs sunny side up and runny on buttered toast with Marmite. Yum

Akuri is a spicy scrambled eggs preparation in Parsi cuisine. It mainly consists of ginger coriander, chopped chilis, minced tomatoes and black pepper for taste. it is traditionally eaten with pav(like a bap) or double roti (bread). it is quite saucy in texture to enable it to be eaten with pav....
Or as an omelette

If I have them in the morning, I think soft, scrambled on toast with a sprinkle of cheese on top would be nice.
