i bought sec.hand laptop decided to change user name and password, on doing so i was prompted to reboot which i did. now im prompted to type correct password which i assume is the one used by previous owner. is there any way around this? when i try to lg in as guest im told the account is disabled, maybe it would be possible to get around this by somehow enabling guest account from the log on screen. ive tried everything in the advance menu (f8) it all comes back to the same prompt. the laptop is a "toshiba 9100 tecra pentium 4 processor on nt technology.. please help as i know not what to do. thanks!!

None of the data on the laptop is yours so simply reinstall the OS. Oh and you bought a Tecra...if I had one I'd pay you to take it ways.
