Here is a stretching exercise to increase height which has benefited many. Get yourself close to a wall, stretch one of your hands to the maximum height in the wall. Note the spot up to which your finger tip reached. Take a stool and print a black or red strip horizontally, half an inch over the point up to which your finger tip reached. Everyday you have to stretch to reach this strip, first with your right hand fingers and then with your fingers of the left hand. Mark another point on the wall to reach with fingers of both hands at the same time. In due course, your height will increase,when you have to remove the old marks and create new marks still higher.You will have amazing results in four months time. I have seen boys increasing their height up to the age of 25/26.You are in the right age.Good luck.

Long, slimer pants with thin detailed stitching on the side will give your legs a longer appearance, while shoes with a thick heel will give you added height. Just wear semi baggier pants to cover up the heels.
