Well, it could be a variety of things. Are you under a lot of pressure at work or stress in your life? Are you eating right and not drinking too many drinks with caffeine? There is also a medical term for this. It's called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I hope you're feeling better soon.

If you're like me, It might be your diet. I'm always tired and people tell me to stop eating instant noodles and McDonald's and that sort of did it. Fruit is good.

If you're in front of the computer all day, play video games, watch TV or anything else that involves colorful lights, then that might be something too... Go outside, sunlight can be your energy.

You need to give more info dude;
It could be your diet or you could be depressed.
I think you should try to change your diet and work out.
Start slow and remember you are already not felling that great so it cant hurt to try this.
I should mention that going to see a Doc couldn't hurt just don't let him drug you up exercise and eating good is a good way to stop depression and if you feel good about yourself it might give you more energy

Eat healthy foods. That means not eating hamburgers or chili dogs, stuff with high sodium, before you go to sleep. Also exercising will help you have better sleep.

I think you need to get yourself to a doctor. Let them do some blood work on you to see if they can tell what is going on. I hope you feel better.
Please go to the doctor to get checked out!
