you need to go to the camera's home page and look up FAQS if its a kodak they can fix it for a fee, i had one that was also broken and i was thinking about fixing it but decided to get a new one instead, it would have cost $125.00

To break a screen requires abuse.

Abuse is not covered by any warranty.

Repairs will likely exceed the value of the camera.

Use it as a paperweight and buy a new camera.

Invest in a screen protector like those sold by HoodMan (hoodmanusa.com).

Usually you can return it to where you bought it to get it fixed. Did you buy a warranty for it? Where did you buy it? Look at the return policy.
I don't think you will get anything for it at a pawn shop and if you do, it definitely would be better to just get it fixed.
If all else fails, take it to Walmart- they will usually return anything! Hopefully you can get it fixed.
