I am a Pagan and so is my husband to be. We are having a hand-fasting ritual as our marriage ceremony. All of the bridesmaids and groomsmen will also be pagan. The groom and all the groomsmen will be wearing kilts and the groom is buying them as the groomsmens presents. I would like for the gifts I give to my bridesmaids to be special and reflect the fact that they are pagan and bridesmaids too. I dont just want to get them a pentacle because they that would not be as special as I want it to be for them. So basicialy I am asking does any one know of a specific site that sells pagan bridesmaid's gifts. If not does any one have an idea as to what I could get them that will be just as special.

What is paganism/a pagan?

The words paganism and pagan come from the Latin "paganus," meaning "country dweller." Neopagans hold a reverence for the Earth and all its creatures, generally see all life as interconnected, and tend to strive to attune one's self to the manifestation of this belief as seen in the cycles of nature. Pagans are usually polytheistic (believing in more than one god), and they usually believe in immanance, or the concept of divinity residing in all
things. Many pagans, though polytheistic, see all things as being part of one Great Mystery.

I am wiccan, and wanted to put a wiccan or celtic flare to my gifts. What I ended up doing is getting candels personalized for ach girl. The glass holder has a different design and their name etched into the glass (www.thingsremembered.com) and the candels are the colors that represent what they need most in their lifes (blue for health, ect). If you want to do something more alog the lines of pagan, go to www.wicca.com They sell all types of wiccan, pagan, and celtic jewlry, tools, and other things... check it out!

It is culture to deliver bridesmaids a present. I suppose giving the leader bridesmaid an additional Gift is a well inspiration. I used to be bridesmaid not too long ago and used to be given a lovely silver face compact. Very lovely. I;ve visible them within the subsequent catalogue for approximately ten kilos every.

I'm like you. I am pagan, and had a hand fasting the day before i was legally married. I think that you should choose some very special jewelry for each of your bridesmaids that reflect their physical looks, their walk with the lord and lady... and something that matches their wedding attire. Choose something simple and inexpensive. Good Luck.

Galway crystal has beautiful Celtic vases, and other things. They are a little pricey but so worth it. The pillar hurricane lamp is great, you cant beat something like that with celtic knotwork. http://www.chinaetc.co.uk/galwaycrystal/celtic.asp
