If I have a coffee before I train, as it boosts up my pulse and "awakens me", it allows me to train for longer.
Now my main priority is to lose weight. As it allows me to train for longer, sweat more and move more - does it make me lose weight than without a coffee and getting tired after a little while?
I understand it won't make me as fit, however in regards to losing weight, how does it fair?
This is assuming there is no sugar in the coffee as well.

Yes caffeine revs up your metabolism and helps you burn fat. Make sure that you are drinking it black so that you don't slow the process with sugar and fat.

coffee can dry you up and cause heart palpatation so it gives you a little jump but in reality, it makes your heart working making you more powerful

yes it does help you lose weight because you sweat more and lose more fluid. As your body becomes tired, the coffee can kick in and give you more energy---resulting in a very good work out

Coffee is a dehydrator. Its probably best not drink it when you are training. Just stick to exercise and a balanced diet and you will lose weight.
