I don't believe I'm better than anyone else, I just think my God is better.

So your God sends anyone who doesn't believe in him to hell?
My God doesn't do that. My God understands that humans will think what they want to think and he is ok with it.

Actually, if creating your own cosmology gives you any solace, that's what really matters.

Did you (or your god) also create the universe? Something like that would give you credibility.
Just like typing "top contributor" doesn't make you a top contributor, making up a god, does not make that god the one true God. I say this not in sarcasm, but with respect.

Nope just makes the one in the bible a bit upset with you, that's all. I really don't know why anyone would want another god than the one of the old and new testament. He really is a nice friendly and loyal being. All he asks is that you be the same, just like you would one of your own friends or a member of your family. =)

This just makes you narcissistic, because you believe that your own thoughts, mind, and beliefs are more important than what anyone else thinks, feel, or believes. You believe that your made-up god is more important than others' belief systems, because you believe that you are more important than other people, and that your beliefs matter, as theirs do not.

I am the Lord Thy God, thou shalt not have strange gods before Me.
It puts you in direct violation of one of the 10 Commandments, if that makes a difference to you.

if you have made up your own God to believe in.. then its just a intellectual concept.... if you follow what you believe in .... then you have started the process of creating God within yourself..... God is God.... there is no bible God or Quran God .... or your own God
