you need to get counseling as soon as you can and a good physical examination to see if there is a medical reason for the depression that makes you feel that way. You have to find out the reason you are having those thoughts and counseling will help with that. many people are willing to talk you through this if you give them the chance - send me email if you want to talk more about it - but you do need to get counseling from someone to help you get past this. Good luck to you!!

Honey, get some help. I know that many people frown on getting professional help, but I can tell you from experience with suicidal thoughts, I am really glad to be alive and even more glad I got help. No matter what situation you are in remember that this too shall pass and tomorrow is a brand new day that can be anything you choose to make it. You do not have to stay in your depression. If you have a chemical imbalance there are medications that can help, if you are depressed, there are ways to get answers to the things that matter to you. Your local County Mental Health Department can help at little expense. If you are a minor, ask one of your parents or your school counselor to help you find a professional, if you are an adult, please seek help. Life is, and can be again, beautiful for you.

First, admit to your self that you do need help. Second, call a hotline number ex. Dial a friend or The 700 Club and just pour out all your concerns to them. Third, call on a trusted friend or family member and tell what you are going through. You may only need some counselling. If all else fails, visit a psychiatrist that may prescribe you the meds you need. be strong and focus on positive thoughts. do not over analyze your life. GET HELP!

I really, really hope you are kidding, but if you aren't, seek help immediately! I went through this earlier this year. I was in a deep state of depression and I felt this was my only way out. Thank God I didn't do anything like that b/c I believe there is more to come in my life. The only thing that helped me was to have people in the church pray over me. I have not struggled with this since. Please, please tell someone so you can get help. Your life is precious and you are here for a reason. REMEMBER, SUICIDE IS A PERMANENT SOLUTION TO A TEMPORARY PROBLEM!!

See suicidal thoughts, and depression, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on pages 5, and 2, and use the technique for reprogramming negative thoughts, on page 2, to combat them. Consult a doctor, and ask for a referral.

be proactive. grab a friend jog to the park and kick around a soccer ball. learn some moves and dribbles. challenges yourself, if you think you can't do it, thats when you should do it. i dare you to do sky diving, i've done it 17 times and it never gets old. if that don't satisfy you. take out a huge amount of loan move to greece and say fuk life.

Think of the good things and even the tiniest things you are giving to your neighbor as a help... and think that nobody should place their death on their hands,, only God could take it away....
