Ok, this is a direct response to a loaded question that was posed just a short time ago. I want everyone to know, I respect people of all faiths and religions. However, it does annoy me to see science (and religion) misrepresented and claims distorted. I want people to take a look at this chart and understand it, then tell me if it helps you understand the difference between faith and science, because seriously, there IS a difference.

I am not doing this to show disrespect, and I wish that the chart was a little less "mocking" towards religion. Nevertheless, the chart is a good representation of the difference between the two.

I apologize in advance if the picture offends anyone.

Much love. ~Q

Yes that picture is upsetting. I learned ancient Greek to see if the Bible was mistranslated, studied a list of 270 contradictions in the NT alone to see if it was full of errors, took classes at college on the philosophy of religion where we studied everything from Buddhism to Taoism to Hinduism, Judaism and Islam. I've also read Voltaire, Thomas Paine, Dawkins, Harris, Karen Armstrong and others seeking to refute the Christian faith. And still people think I don't question my beliefs.

Anyway. Faith is trust, gained after previous experiences have shown that someone's word is good.

Science is the study of the natural, and not the supernatural, world.

I know the diference between fiction and reality too. some fiction is just fantasy but still not tangible indicia.

If the facts don't fit the theory, change the facts.
