The fear of facing fear

2007-10-03 19:36:57 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 1 0

What for u fear..!!?
whatever happens.. nobody is going to kill you.. !!!
The least thing they can do you is hurt u physically and ultimately u can die..!! and If u die..
then Dear this will be for the last time u actually "Fear".. :)
either choose life or death.. because they are ultimate things for any individual..!!
Nobody is going to be with u forever.. Not even the people who created u.. So whatever u do.. it may end up as a super success or a failure.. If it fails.. then hey, just say.. " I am sorry for MY mistake.. It will not be repeated.." that's it..!! :)

Buddy.. Be proud for ur success or failure.. because u have got the privilege to create something in life..!!!

Have u seen children making houses with sand..? They are proud to show everybody whatever they have made.. no matter if tht's the worst thing or the best thing.. Learn frm the innocent life of children.. :)

The equal and opposite reaction.

The greater the Love, the greater the Fear.

The biggest challenge is sitting still in the moment.

When fear is the feeling.....wait....this too shall pass.

Romans 8:15
For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. [ Or adoption] And by him we cry, "Abba, [ Aramaic for Father] Father."

Fear is a spirit.. the biggest challenge for a believer is trusting God.

Breathing! I once suffered from panic attacks after a particularly traumatic event in my life. The fear would rush over me with stunning force at the most unexpected moments.

But I learned that if I would say a prayer....just "God help me"... and then breathe deeply, I could get through the panic and fear. I learned to "ride it out" and in time the panic attacks lessened and eventually stopped. Hope this helps....Blessings!

Learning the face of fear to show I am not afraid. Unless it is the fear of God, for the fear of God is infinite.
