I mean, would missles be launched from US soil in a retaliation of a nuclear attack on Israel?? And if so, would it be immediate or down the road a couple of days, weeks, or months?

I hope we would have the testicular fortitude to retaliate if Israel were hit with a nuke...personally I don't think it will ever happen...from another point of view. I hope we get people elected all over the world, who in the interest of ALL people, would destroy all the nukes, but alas, I am afraid that is but a dream...with great weapons comes great power, and many people will not let go of that power. Sad, isn't it?

Yes, it would give us the excuse we are looking for to let everyone know that we were right about Iran, and take them out. If Israel gets nuked there will not be much left of the Muslim world.

Since they are one of our main allies, yes I believe we would retaliate, thought whether or not with nukes is a different question. But yes, I also think Israel is quite capable of defending itself and would.

As long as a competent administration, and thus competent leadership, is in the CIA, DoD, etc. then it would never happen in the first place that Israel would be nuked. This is meant simply as a value-neutral statement of fact. It's a fact.

And of course, you didn't say who did the nuking and whether it was an accident or whether the act was provoked. You have an incomplete question.

i doubt missils would be launched off of our soil... maybe off of some of our submarines or carrier groups floating around in that area. anyway, yeah i think we'd probably offer some support... although i'm not sure how much help they need they have their own nukes

In general I would expect America to react to any country being nuked, frankly if China nuked Iran the U.S. would likely react...you don't just throw those things around.
