How do I get a copy of a will if the lawyer is now deceased?

In Canada the lawyer has the obligation to pass all the will in his possesion before he die And if passed suddenly his wife or the secretary has to do the job I mean he has to give it to another lawyer

you should be able I think to get a copy of it from the probate court in the county where it was filed.
