I have a Windows XP SP2 cd with version 5.1.2600.2180
Is that the latest one?

For the Home version, I think so.

Click on the start menu, then click on run and type in "winver" without the quotes. If it is the latest version it should say something like: Version 5.1 (Build 2600.xpsp_sp2_qfe.070227-2300 : Service Pack 2)

That's what mine says and I have all the latest patches. I have XP Pro.
