Does processed dyes in food stay in your digestive system for years?

Like the processed dyes in macaroni and cheese or cheetos?

No, not years but they do last a good deal of time compaired to other foods. About a week. when most other foods last a few hours.

Give me 30 hours and some strong laxatives and we can get rid of anything in that digestive system of yours.
