I am making a photo album as a gift. I have organized all my pictures on my computer. Now i need help printing them. Where do i start?

Are you wanting to design a photobook, or print individual photos to insert into an album? If you're printing pictures, usually 4x6 for a consumer photo album, then you could print them at home, or burn the images to a CD or DVD and take them to your local retailer who offers digital printing.
If you are designing a photo book, magazine style or coffee table album, then you need to download the appropriate software from the company's website. It will tell you how to get started.

There is a site called blurb.com where you can print up your photos in a book inexpensively. I have seen someone's photos printed this way and it looks very professional. Check them out at www.blurb.com .
