Yes, there are some very important non-superstitious reasons to not have premarital sex. Risk of STDs. Risk of pregnancy before one is financially and emotionally prepared to become a parent. This can have repercussions that go far beyond just the two who had sex. It can affect whole families and even generations. Can sex ruin a relationship? Yes, it has been known to happen. Just enjoying each other's company can give way to worry about getting pregnant. Sometimes one or both feels regretful that they didn't wait and they feel ashamed. If others find out, your reputation can suffer. Girls can be looked upon as "loose" or "easy," and even boys can lose the respect of those who once looked up to them. Sharing your body with another is a big step and should not be taken lightly.

Why do atheists have premarital sex? For the same reason Christians have premarital sex! Sex drive has nothing to do with human-invented institutions like marriage. Other animals have sex all the time and they're not married!
The "sin" thing can make it more fun, though . . .

I'm sorry if sex for pleasure outside of a binding legal contract is a sin in your theology. Unless you're right then you don't get to make the rules for anyone else. Sex feels good, is healthy, and if indeed it is "premarital" sex, rather than just pleasurable sex, then it shows that a couple is serious about wanting to build something together - so serious they want to make sure they are compatible before binding themselves together.

I don't follow those rules. I'd define "sin" as an action that harms others or society. Concensual sex between two adults doesn't harm them, others or society so it is not a sin.
Additionally, gay marriage isn't an option as far as I know so it's kind of the only sex I can have.

it's not a sin to us... only in the warped mind of people who believe that an all loving god who would kill nearly all mankind to punish for disobedience would anyone think to call sex a sin.

Because they have no reason not to- they do not believe in God so they do not believe in sin. (and yes I do know that this is not a serious question) Also, many Christians have commited this sin too- they are just forgiven.

Technically, I am an atheist to the Judeo-Christian God, and I do not believe in pre-marital sex.

Sex is very pleasant. In addition, we are prompted to have sex by our genetic makeup.
Agnostics, Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, and I would be willing to venture that any other group has members that have had pre-marital sex.
Are you not getting any?
