I think everyone should celebrate at least sometimes.
The clergy are no different. And they already do celebrate - Mass, Christmas, Easter - these are all celebrated by the clergy (and the rest of us).

Quite the reverse, we should be married..
1Ti 3:2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;
1Ti 3:12 Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.

I see that random typos isn't just a clever moniker. I don't think that they need to be celibate, but others, particularly Catholics, would disagree with me.
