Where is the edema? If you're referring to swollen lower legs, it's most likely not from an enlarged/inflamed prostate. An enlarged or inflamed prostate will not cause htn. If you're having pain or discomfort, it could cause your BP to be elevated, but that will be transient. If you are experiencing HTN and edema, you most likely have problems other than prostate, for example cardiac, kidney or liver problems. You need to see a doc.
