My fiance and I are applying for a Fiance visa. She is Korean and is in Korea now. Where can she go to get a police report from Ireland? Is there somewhere to request for one online? She needs it because she lived in Ireland for one and a half years. She needs to show nothing happened while she was there. Thank you for any links and help.

Cheers

Assuming you are still in Ireland, I suggest going down to your local Garda Station and enquiring inside or telephoning them if this is not possible.

You may need a birth cert or other documents in order for them to hand over the report. In that case she may have to contact them herself by mail. I suggest you go in or phone to enquire as they are the best source for this info.

Please see the link below for a list of Garda Stations and telephone numbers.

Make a formal written request to the Police Department in Ireland to use it for an application for a Fiancee visa. The request could be made through mail or by personal service.
