Gotta go with Alice. I love all three of those guys but I'm still waaay more of a die-hard Alice fan than anything else. And honestly, I think Rob Zombie and Ozzy Osbourne wouldn't argue with my answer.
I just saw Alice in concert a few weeks back, and he sang "Dead Babies" while he drove a stake through the heart of a doll he took from a baby carriage. Then he was put in a straight jacket and hung from a noose. You can't get more Halloween than that.

Alice Cooper is a devout Christian, Ozzy is brain-dead so I guess it goes to Rob.

Dude, ya gotta go with GWAR on that. They're dressed for the occasion at all times.
I agree with the rabbit person above me, Danny Elfman has got some killer soundtracks from movies of old.

I would have to say that it is none of them. It is non other than the artists behind the Monster Mash album, featuring werewolfs, monsters, Frankenstein, vampires and more. A definitive perennial classic!
