removing blank area in adobe acrobat pdf document?

Question

I am merging some of the pdf documents in Acrobat 7.0 standard version.
Annoying thing is each document start on a new page. How can I get everything togather without blank half pages in between them?

When I receive these pdf files. I copy and past it to Microsoft Word. This way you can edit as you choose.
