Well you can either find a new groomer.. Or you can call and complain. Honestly I find that finding a new groomer to be the best bet.. When businesses lose their customers, they seem to either go out of business, or change their ways..
Or you could show up their freaking and pitching some sort of fit.. see if they give you a coupon or something.

We very own a grooming salon, and tell ya what --- cockers could nicely be approximately my least well-known via fact many of the time the vendors have enable them to pass to the factor that a shave-down is the only appropriate selection. seem around, there are absolute to be extra appropriate ideas. one component you may anticipate, a groomer working at PetsMart is extra effective than probably a beginner with very limited journey or potential. edit "never have a vets place of work do it via fact they are no longer groomers" I dissagree with that. i understand lots of stable groomers that artwork for a vet. actually our grooming salon & boarding kennals is in a similar construction as a vet's place of work, as is a horse grant shop.

Call and ask to speak with the grooming manager about it. If the grooming manager does not agree to refer your dog to their Vet, and you believe the injury was without a doubt a result of the groomer or occurred during the grooming experience, and you are not satisfied with what the grooming manager says, ask to be transferred to the store director.
If you are not satisfied with the store's reaction to your complaint, start shopping at PetCo.

Take pix for evidence. Talk to the Manager and keep all paper records, as well as what the manager says. If you are not satisfied, then you can talk with the local newspaper, TV stations, radio stations, and Humane Society, as well as the Better Business Bureau.
Despite what anyone advises, it is probably more hassle to try to pursue legal action, than it is worth.

First step would be to have your vet examine the dog, and get a written report on its injuries, along with a copy of the bill. Then I would go talk to the store manager. At the least I would think they would cover the vet bills.

You need to immediately talk with the manager of the store. If the dog incurs any vet bills, I would insist that the store pay for them.

Speak to the manager. They should be willing to pay medical expenses.
