Ensure is a product for elderly, but it's got lots of calories with some vitamins, fiber, etc.

Are you sure she doesn't have an eating disorder? Does she exercise way too much? Follow her after she eats and see if she spends time in the bathroom. Check and see if there are a bunch of laxatives in her bathroom or bedroom.

If none of this is true, then it's time for fast food. Get her to eat anything and everything she wants, esp if it's got a little veg or fruit to it.

She may seem really thin because she's growing tall. I was chubby until 12 yo, and then I was skinny, because I grew 5-6" in a summer, it seemed.

If she doesn't start gaining really soon, take her to the dr. for a check-up and make sure she's still in a good percentile weight/height BMI-wise.

In extreme cases children may have metabolic problems or parasites. If you're terribly concerned you may first need to make a trip to see her doctor just to be sure. Once that's ruled out make sure she is getting enough protein first of all. Muscle mass is really what you want in these instances not fat so much. Keep the carbs coming. Oatmeal with cream and maple syrup with a big glob of vanilla yogurt in the middle mmmm. Skinny people need complex foods and to be sure to eat on a regular basis. If she's just picky barter with her. The protein HAS to go down the hatch. There's no negotiating on a child eating enough protein. Children cannot live by sugar alone! :D

A diet of basic carbs. little protein, lots of potatoes and simple carbs.
