As long as you are eating a healthy-enough diet to reach your genetic potential there is nothing that will really help. If you have short parents you will not get much taller than them so your dreams of being very tall are going to be tough to achieve.

Unfortunately you don't fall into the category of people who can ask for medical help. Nothing organic is going to help either If you were about 12 and under 4 1/2 feet tall you could get medication to stimulate your pituitary gland in the brain. The only thing that might work is H.G.H.. human growth hormone. I would think you have reached the age that even this isn't going to help.

You're just about done growing in height but you can bulk up your muscles to appear larger (and maybe taller). There's nothing sexier than a short, buff guy!

You may grow a bit more but not much. Growth harmones can do much harm to your body. A lot of famous and important men have not been taller than you.

those are some things that may or may not help you grow a bit.. at 19 it might not be too late for you.. drink lots of milk.. I'm 32 and 5'7" and I wish I would grow a bit more, but I think it's too late for me.. :(
