try tmobiles new flexpay prepaid. its awesome. its just like regular postpay accounts. im in collections for an olsd tmobile account for $4500 and i have one with them now. it allows you to have 5 faves (5 numbers to call unlimited forn free all motnth long), 600-1000 minutes per month, text messages, etc. its a regular post pay account just prepaid. also if you dont want tmobile, try AT&T, they have a really good polan too. go with prepaid...they're just as good as postpay.

If you want or need a cellphone, buy it before you file bankruptcy.

Yes, you just have to pay a deposit. I know AT&T does not sure about any others.
