well hee the thing i LOVE WATER-at least 3 bottles a day
but i have a rare disease that i am alergic to all thin skin fruits and vegetables :[ so that limits alot

Your at a good weight for your height. If your worried, just try eating a well balanced diet and dedicate a few days a week to some reasonable exorcise while jamming out to some of your favorite music to lose a few unwanted lbs.

you're 5'8 so NO you're definately not fat. 133 is healthy. i think a lot of women feel uncomfortable with their bodies, especially during puberty. women also distribute weigh different from guys. you could weigh 10 lbs. more than your boyfriend, but no one could tell because it's proportioned throughout your body and alot of it is in your chest and butt! also muscle weighs more than fat so if you find yourself gaining weight while working out it doesn't mean anything bad.
remember being healthy isn't based on a certain number...you have to take everything else into account. besides at 13 your metabolism lets you eat whatever you want without having to worry about it going to your hips and butt!
try to stay positive about yourself. if you feel fat and no ones opinions really help then the only thing you can do is try to live a healthy lifestyle by eating healthy and excercising regulary.

Darling, every morning that you get up, you should look yourself in the mirror and remind yourself that you are beautiful and healthy! Take care of yourself, and exercise, eat right.
Never sell yourself short.
Don't buy into the media bullshit, and if you are an america's top model fan, remind yourself that is not a typical teen representation.
We are given our bodies, and they are a gift. We are all dift. My hips are big. Too bad. I would like a perfect body too....but it is what it is. I am great the way I am.

No. You are quite thin. I am a 19 year old boy and I also stand at 5' 8" and I am quite thin for my height, weighing 128 lbs.

Will your parents, agree to getting you a membership at your local gym, they have personal trainers, there. They will work with you, and get you were you need to be. It goes without saying, eat lots of fresh fruits, and veggies, lean meat, no bigger than a fist. Eat, baked fish, and drink plenty of water.

I'm 18 and a pant size of 0-1. I think a size 2 is big. And you're size...
Well as long as you have a flat tummy you're okay. Some girls have wide hips, I guess. Some guys like that C;
Besides you're weight is normal.

i my self am 13 as well...i stand at 5'3"..my weight bounces up and down from 117-120...so your quite thin if u weigh that amount..plus ur tall...so no ur not..it should be me asking the question..lol
