crunches, and variations of crunches like elbow to opposite knee crunches etc
ever heard of six inches?
lay on your back
put hands like under your butt, like you are sitting on wrists, lift feet about 6 inches above ground, your heels should be about 6 inches above the ground.
then you can also do that, but open legs out and in and do that while keeping feet 6 inches above the ground
pain is good. haha

Start by changing your diet , even though you may already be doing a good job of feeding the muscle to loose the gut , you need fruit and vegatables , to the point of sickness , this will get your insides working Quicker ,, then do those setups too , stay away from solid foods for a while ,, like rice , patatoes , starches and such stick with fruit and vegatables ,, I want to tell you though , dieting can put your body into fitts that will have to be overcome later ,, if you can exersise your weight off rather then starving it off , you may have a better figure later on ,, Just folow your instincts in this reguard ,, stay away from soda pop , water is always best to help you trim it up,,,

You can do situps with weights, or you can lay down on your back then lift your legs up a couple inches off the ground and keep your legs still while in the air until you can't handle it anymore, doing that everyday eventually you will see results.

hey you are only 13 don't say your fat don't even think about start to throw up you are not old enough to loose weight.I'm 11years old and weigh 116.8 lbs and is 60 in. tall feel good about your self don't loose weight eat healthy that's better ! :)

you should do sit ups and i know this herbal medicine you can take but its a long list of ingrediants i dont feel like listing or if that doest work take a samurai sword and you know the deal you learn it the hard way

do sit ups. they are good for your pack.
or just go to the kitchen, take a nice curved knife, hold it to your "gut" stick it in, twist it around a little, remove and fat and dispose of it in a plastic bag.
