4 to 5 times a week, I set my alarm clock to go off a 6:30, and every morning I remember that I hate waking up at 6:30, but I get up anyway and go to work.
I am really looking forward to retirement. I'll be 65 in June.

I read through the first page of answers and decided not to answer this question (just start it) because the many mistakes I make were already covered.
And then it happened! I made the mistake that I personally make on a regular basis that I didn't see listed yet...
I slip some liquid on my computer keyboard!
Water, milk, soda, soap, and Windex have all graced the keys of this same keyboard and it amazes me when it works after wards!!
And it isn't like a couple of drops! It is a significant amount in terms of like cup measurements! And it is just carelessness!

Love can or cannot be a mistake. It matters about what type of person you choose. If it was horrible, it is a mistake. But dont go on thinking that love is a mistake. Its a wonderful thing that supports life. Cant live without it.

Only 3 times. I lose mine that many times a day sometimes, but then I am 71.
The most common mistake I make is trying to plan too much and not be able to meet my schedule. I try to think I am superwoman when I get to the schedule.
The next thing I do is think about myself too much and not enough about my fellow humans.
And, and, and, and a lot more.

I am getting forgetful about passing on messages to my mother and my granddaughter. Yes, there is a message board, but I forget to use it, and so do they. Keys? I won't go there. I have locked my keys in a car that was running at least three times in a few years, and that doesn't count the times I locked them in after turning the engine off.

Oh God, every morning running around trying to find my keys. Even worse for me, I'll take home my classroom keys because I forget to hang them up, and they are in my pocket. I leave them in the pocket and wear different pants in the morning. Drive an half an hour to work, get there and realize I have to drive all the way back to get my keys. **** me. I do the drifting off one too. I have way too much stuff for one person to think about and so, you know, the keys and **** just get lost in the mess.

Work, I do this quite often. 5 to 6 times a week every week for at least 6 years. I am planning on reflecting and change my ways. Mistakes can lead you to the wrong path.

You know that little square plastic clip thing that ties the bag for a loaf of bread? I place it down when I get out a piece of bread and then I can't find the friggin' thing!! I end up twisting the top of the bag and then find the plastic clip later on in the day . . . where it's sitting on the counter as plain as day! Argh!!
