Honesty is a matter of values not wealth. However being dishonest is often profitable, so you could argue that dishonest people or more likely to get rich if they don't get caught

Yes,for most part that's how they got rich.

yes they are, even with how rich they are they still dont pay taxes and will do anything to become richer.
