No. Your soul belongs to God. He gave you life, and He can take it away. ......"And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell" (Matthew 10:28).

Jesus is not teaching in this verse that the soul is immortal. If you look at this scripture closely you see that Jesus is actually saying that the soul can be destroyed. Jesus is here warning about the judgment of God.

He says not to fear those who can destroy only the physical human body (soma in the Greek), but fear Him (God) who is also able to destroy the soul (psuche).

Simply stated, Christ was showing that, when one man kills another, the resulting death is only temporary; God can raise anyone to life again either in this life (see Matthew 9:23-25; 27:52; John 11:43-44; Acts 9:40-41; 20:9-11) or the life to come (in the Great White Throne Judgment after the Millennial rule of Christ). We must revere God, who alone can remove this physical life and all possibility of any later resurrection to consciousness. When God destroys one in "hell," his destruction is permanent.

Who say the soul replaced into immortal, i did not. you try to herald a topic, without seeing the entire image. Why do not you save reading. You quote Eze.18:4, yet you fail to cite Eze.18:9. The depraved soul will be forged right into a lake of fireplace on the end of the millennium to be destryed, no longer to stay continually, yet to be annilated, you'll come across that in Rev. financial disaster 20. Now in case you had study Eze. 18:9 you'll see the position it says the soul that walk interior the statutes of God shall stay. never imagine the soul is immortal, even as the useless in Christ shall upward push, we can placed on immortality in our flesh, & our soul will then stay continually without end. besides the undeniable fact that the depraved useless is resurrected after the millennium & they're raised nevertheless Mortal, & their body & soul will be forged into the lake of fireplace. To be destroyed. See, there's a large difference.

No. This is answered in one crystal clear scripture:

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (New King James Version):
"Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?
For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

"Forever and Always" your soul is yours, will be yours, and will remain yours....you are a separate living entity..with a will and a mind..with a spirit in a body....you will be you and no other...being Christ Like..is You, like Him...not another Him....a you like "Him" your soul is "Yours" now, if you are Born Again..then you were bought with a price..the precious blood of Christ...in this respect...you have given yourself to the care and love of God..and therefore, are His child now..and not your own...like you are His property (so to speak) and you are to respect yourself, and treat yourself as such..as if you are not your own, but as if you belong to someone else..this was Pauls explaination to many who could not conceive Salvation, esp. at that time...you belong to the family of God...not the world any longer...read it for yoorself....and see....bye

Hmmmm. . . . body, soul, spirit. Your soul is what makes you . . . you. It is what gives your body life. You would not be you without your soul. So yes, your soul is yours in that respect.
