Absolutely. My kids are atheists who have attended Bible school and the church youth groups, along with other activities. I've gone to their programs, and various holiday events. We've always been welcomed with open arms.

A church who practices God's love and studies the bible diligently would welcome anyone who wants to come, be that as a believer of someone who wants to learn. Who says God wouldn't use the opportunity to actually win that persons love?
It is not people who can convert someone or have that person ask Jesus to become his/her personal savior. It is the Holy Spirit who may work through a person or not. So go for it. Go to learn. No harm can come of that, but you might just walk away a new person.

I have found the Unitarian Universalist and United Methodist churches very accepting. As a Buddhist, I try to learn about other faiths.

They should, in hopes of making you a believer (not in a brainwashing kind of way, in a making disciples of all nations kind of way).
