Hemorrhoids

The first thing that comes to mind is hemorrhoids. Is the blood bright red when you wipe? If the blood is of a bright red color that means that it is most likely not internal. If it is of a darker red color or black color then it is internal. How much blood are we talking about here. If it is just a smear when you wipe and only occurs after a bowel movement then again it is most likely hemorrhoids. If it is constant bleeding and is more than just a smear I suggest that you call 911 and get to the emergency room. You may also have polyps. Polyps can be non cancerous or cancerous only your doctor will be able to tell you. If you had a strenuous bowel movement you could have caused a tear in your anus. Anal sex can also cause bleeding of the anus. If you have scratched yourself you could have caused a tear in the tissue. There are so many things that can cause bleeding. Without an examination all of this is just guessing. If the bleeding is of concern I suggest making an appointment with your doctor. If the bleeding is profuse I suggest visiting an emergency room.

Hemorrhoids cause anal bleeding and hemorrhoids can come from eating a lot of hot foods or constantly sitting on something hard.

CANCER, Hemorrhoids, polyps, fissures, diverticulitis to name a few. You need to see a doc as rectal bleeding is a main sign of cancer. You most likley don't have cancer but it needs to be investigated promptly to find out what is causing it.

fresh blood, one reason...hemmorhoids.
only you can know for sure what irritated them and caused them to bleed, but among the choices is hard stools, sitting or standing for long periods of time, or rectal penetration sex. Hemmorhoidal suppositories will likely clear up the problem.
