I usually have no trouble falling asleep, but I usually wake up a few times per night seeing as I am a fairly light sleeper. I have a special pillow designed to help you relax for side and back sleepers (which I am). How can I go into a deeper sleep and feel more relaxed in the morning? I sleep at least 7 hrs per night. Thanks.

I'm just like you, sometimes I wake up every hour. Wish I knew the answer. I've figured out some tricks though, try not to think about much when I'm in bed and haven't quite fallen asleep yet. Clear your mind before you go to sleep and try meditating. I usually take a nice hot shower before going to sleep, it's really relaxing :)

They have non-prescription natural medicine that you can take to help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. These are natural herbal remedies found in your local Walgreen's and CVS. They usually work like a charm for me. If they don't work, your doctor can always prescribe Lunexa or some other sleep medicine for you.

All the answers above me are excellent. For me it's the reading which puts me to sleep. I wake up every two hours but have for the last 10 years so I just accept it as me.
