Okay so some people say it's only your height and weight. But i used a professional machine at a health club and it didnt work, even after it worked forall my friends. They said the only explanation is that is is to low, meaning 4 or less, I just wanna know if its possible?

age, height & weight, etc. have no bearing on the body composition.

if your body fat % is anywhere around 6% or below you would have the definition and vascularity of a competitive bodybuilder at competition time. machines that use biolectrical impedance are notoriously inaccurate. get your body fat tested with a 7-point caliper test.

Yeah, it's possible. It is based off of measurements of height, and then there's some math with the total body mass. But if the calculation is right, your BMI is about 18%(17.75%.) You're actually a little bit underweight (Average is 18.5-24.5%), but it's so little I wouldn't worry about it.

Hope that helps!
