I'm sorry, but I have never heard of "Gotch Eye". Where did you hear this term? Are you sure you have written it correctly?

I suggest you go back to the source (where you heard it or saw it) to make sure you have it spelled correctly or even have the correct term. Then I might be able to help you. BTW, I checked all my medical sources and can't find reference to this or anything even remotely close to it.

Check out the book "Horse Conformation" by Ben K. Green for a discussion on gotch eye; I'd never heard the term, either, and saw it in this book. Under the "vision" section.

old-time description of Gotch-eyed to describe horses who have one eye askew - pointing in a non-normal way - and not matching the vision path of a normal eye.

"Gotch-eyed" is a slang term meaning the same thing as "wall-eyed", or in other words, describing someone who suffers from strabismus.

Same here. I am really not aware of this term at all. Can you try again?
