How do I let him know I want him to kiss me. We have been going out for over two weeks and I want him to kiss me so badly.

Also, im 15 and he is 16. We went to homecoming together as our first date.

Well, if you're talking to him on the phone or MSN or whatever, make a little comment about it- just enough to hint what you want. The next time you see him and your sitting on a couch, lean against him and make it easy for him to just bend down and kiss you. If your standing up, wrap your arms around him and tell him how much you love him. :)
If the mood is right, you can always try kissing him yourself.

Well, I can take a wild guess that you are about 12-13-14 years old. Don't be in such a rush, and OMG you've been going out for 2 whole weeks (that's why I guessed your age) because to an older person 2 weeks is hardly enough time to get to know someone.
But to answer your question, when you are together simply put your arms around him and lean in and purse your lips and kiss him!!!!
If he is a typical male he will respond by kissing back!

Ask yourself why you want him to kiss you so badly - what kind of relationship are you looking for? Do you really have to kiss someone in order to let him know that you care for him?
Why should you be guided by your emotions and physical feelings?
Have some moral standards - respect yourself and he will do the same - Does a guy want a girl who kisses everyone she goes out with or does he want to appreciate her uniqueness and personality, her strength and joy, freedom etc.?
Be different -seek other ways than getting physical with someone = it's not the answer!

I really think that you should tell him how you feel about him and just start by kissing him on the cheek and don't worry i know this feeling i wanted the same thing too. My plan really worked, all i did was tell him how i feel and i gave him a kiss and he just started kissing me back. I really think you should do that, and if it doesn't work with him than just wait a bit a he will have the same desire as you, and than he'll start kissing you. Do as I say ...
Both of you sit down in a park or a quiet place.
Keep talking.
At some point both of you will stop talking.
Then say that there is something on his cheek and brush it with your hands.
Get your head closer to his and say that his skin is very soft.
Stare into his eyes while you put your hands on the back of his neck.
Then grab his head, pull it towards you and kiss him.

umm ok dont take this the rong way but "grab his sack and say" "kiss me big boy" if he runs away loose him and get a real man :P if not you got your kiss didnt you and how old are you 2 that your bf hasnt kissed you and you been together for 2 weeks

Why are you in such a rush for physical affection? Take your time and let the suspense build. Maybe he's not ready for it, and you can't really force him to be ready. You can always try to initiate the kiss by yourself, but be prepared to be rejected if he's not ready.

Create the moment. Have one of those, long pauses like the movies have. Or maybe give him a big hint, by puckering up your lips. If you can't take it any more, kiss him yourself.
If he is too scared to kiss you after 2WEEKS!!!! then maybe you shouldn't even be with him.

Look into his eyes and lean in slowly. He'll get it after a while and move in faster and finally kiss you, that way it will look lile HE made the move. that's IF he wants to kiss you.
