Maybe you could try adding some more toys to the home, or one of those kitty-condos to your home.
The cat may find herself bored or unstimulated inside the home, and that may be why she wants to go out all of the time.
Does she have a litter box is the home that she uses? If not, try putting one in.

Is she neutered? You might want to consider getting her neutered so she won't come home bare foot and pregnant. The neutering should cut down on the constant begging to go out too. You didn't mention if you live in a urban or rural area. If you live in an urban area, you really shouldn't let your cat roam out like that...too much harmful stuff out in the real world which could cost your cat her life. Good luck in keeping Ms. Kitty from crying to get out.

I taught all mine to make up their minds by counting to three out loud and then closing the door slowly but firmly. Just squeeze a tiny bit. They get the idea and don't hang in the doorway being indecisive.

I agree with Spartan. Just ignore her - she'll get the idea. Cats think they own us, not the other way around so its time to put your foot down!

it depends on how much time you want to spend with your cat. i also suggest ignoring her because she might think that she is like a queen and you are her slave doing everything she wants you to do. so ignore even if you have to go to another room do it. i hope that this stops your problems. :)

You can get a big cardboard box for her, and put a potty in it for her.
