overtraining occurs over an extended period of time when training intensity is very high and very frequent. if you are new to resistance training it's very, very hard to overtrain. what you are doing is fine.

personally I never recommend training back and legs in the same training session, they are the two biggest body parts and require the greatest training loads and volume.

No, not really. However most people prefer to split the time off instead of two days in a row off.

Also repetitions and set amount would matter too.

Keep in mind that it is quality not quantity.
