I am trying to find song to dance with my step dad at my wedding. He has always been real good to me, but its never been the fauther-daughter kind of relationship. He's been around since I was about 17 and just married my mom to become the "step dad". The past few years we have grown closer. Is there a song out there that represents this kind of relationship that would fit ? Please any suggestions.

There are a lot of good songs you could choose that have a nice sentiment but are not mushy father/daughter songs.

Some suggestions:

Isn't She Lovely - Stevie Wonder
The Way You Look Tonight - Frank Sinatra
Just The Way You Are - Billy Joel
Unforgettable - Natalie Cole and Nat King Cole
A Whole New World - Regina Bell and Peabo Bryson
Circle of Life - Elton John
What A Wonderful World - Louis Armstrong
You Are So Beautiful - Joe Cocker

How about "You've Got a Friend" or "That's What Friends are For"?

You could always dance to a nice instrumental piece so you don't have to worry about the words.

I would suggest what a wonderful world because it's not overly sappy and is very much a wedding classic.
