OK, don't just be a 'spark' junkey... Love changes over time... those first few months of a 'high' are replaced by a more deeper love that's long lasting. If this guy is nice, respectful, decent and committed, why on earth would you want to let that go? I suppose you can go from guy to guy every few months ( to keep those sparks flying easily) but you may let go of someone who really is your soul mate... you might wind up with some guy who's really not suited for you but everyone else is taken. Think carefully about what you're doing. There are ways of spicing up relationships... you just need to work at it a bit. At some point (hopefully) you'll settle down with someone and you'll have to have these skills in place, so why not start now. I would say give him some time, why not talk to him about it and see what he wants to do... (don't say 'I want to break up', just tell him you want to put the sparks back... see what he comes up with). Good luck.

Breaking up is one of the most painful things a couple can be involved in. It is also not unusual for one person to still love the other in such cases, and sometimes impossible to avoid hurting that person. I applaud you for thinking about your ex's feelings and trying to find a way not to hurt him.If you know for a fact that you no longer love him and that the romance can't continue, or the fire can not be re-lit, then don't prolong the experience.Find a good time and place, sit him down and tell him how you feel, apologize for the pain you know he is feeling and that you did not intend for it to happen this way, and then wish him the best and a new love. Delaying the time when you tell him( especially if you no longer love him and want to be with him) does not help anyone; in fact, it only extends the agony. You are a good person, not many people care about the other person's feelings in these type of instances, so do not feel too bad if you decide that the romance has to end.Love is beautiful and pleasant, but occasionally, it hurts also. This may be one of those times.I wish you all the best.

Once you're in a relationship for a while it's normal for some of the sparks to go away - it's not as new and exciting as it used to be. If you still like this guy and have feelings for him, don't throw away a good thing or you may regret it. Give it some time and see how things go - try to remember what attracted you to him when you first got together and go from there. If you're still not happy then you will have to break up with him, it's not worth wasting both of your time if you're just trying to protect his feelings. Good luck :)

Give it a little more time and make sure that it is just not a spare of the moment thing, remember roman wasn't built in a day. Don't hurt him, enjoy him. You may have ur eyes on someone else, what look good to u is not always good for u

You need go soul searching : if you are not feeling sparks with him any-more you need to be honest with him about how you feel. If you don't tell him how you feel you will hurt him even more think about it you would only be "playing" with his heart not planning the future.

I think you should be straight up honest with him. Dont lead him on no more cause thats just 1 way love. It has to be 2 way love.
Good Luck!
