I spent 5 years working in & around Santa Barbara, CA and there is an area called Montecito there. It is full of the rich, famous and ultra rich. The locals refer to it as "Beverly Hills North". Basically anyone I stopped there was gonna be someone I knew, was a celebrity, etc. And after working there for about 3 seconds, I just didn't care. A lot of them would use the phrase, "Don't you know who I am?" like I should kiss their feet and let them break any law they wanted. No one got out of a ticket from me because of that nonsense. It isn't like they give a crap about me, I am just some pain in the **** cop who is keeping them from some spa appointment or brunch with some other ego maniac.
When I was down in the Beverly Hills area it was even worse and I continued with my policy - You try to get out of a ticket by shoving celebrity status at me, you are female and you cry or offer sex then it is instant ticket/arrest time and I will cut you ZERO slack.
They are just people, I never understood why everyone gets all gaga over celebrities, athletes, rich people, etc.

They would get a ticket, especially since most have been high or drunk! 100 MPH would get your license taken on the spot!
I really don't care who they are, they put their pants on the same way I do!
The State Police have a rule in my state, especially about DWI! I don't care if you are God, you get arrested! They will arrest a politician, or anyone else, including the President, if he were driving!

I let a lot of regular folks go without tickets so...If the guy was an *** hole with the "Do you know I am?" I would cite his *** in a heartbeat. If he was cool about it, he would walk.
Of course, its not the speeding that would be the issue, it would be the DUI of cocaine or alcohol that wold screw them ; )
BTW, wrestling is fake and not entertaining in the least.

I'd explain that there is no faking signing the ticket. The fine won't be fake. The judge and court won't be fake if they contest it.
Might be a culture shock to them to be around so much reality.

The fact that they usually do get away with things like this due to their celebrity status, is the reason why they walk around thinking they can do anything they want.
