If you were released on bail, it is unlikely they will put you back in jail before the verdict unless you violate the terms of the bail. If you are convicted, you will probably be sentenced to some jail time. A felony is usually defined as a crime for which the maximum sentence is more than 1 year. You may get less than that, but some time is normal.

i think of you are going to triumph over it. Yahooo! Yeah! See you in 6 months. flow to courtroom. tell your criminal professional you % to plea out. PLEA OUT. you % to plea out for the suited deal that States lawyer could provide you. you're a widespread time criminal. Say, "i'm a widespread time criminal (say it, even no remember if it fairly is not actual)." throughout the time of the plea deal, say, "the protection digital camera is mendacity. I seen some one flow into the drug shop, and that i accompanied them." the protection digital camera and the police did not see the actual intruder flee. Then say, "you're on candid digital camera" in semi-violent voice. Your criminal professional gets the case kicked out to your psychological incompetency. merely joking! this is a misdemeanor, till you stole extra advantageous than $250 worth of merchandise.
