Fill a measuring cup to 1/3 and start digging out teaspoonfuls until it's empty. One tablespoon equals three teaspoons.

3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon
4 tablespoons = 1/4 cup
4 x 1/4 cup = 1 cup
Accordingly, there would be 16 tablespoons in a cup.
Soooo divide 16 by 3. I'm not telling you the exact answer.
You can do the work yourself.

16 Tbs. in a cup; 3 tsp. in a Tbs. so divide 16 Tbs. by 3 and it's 5 1/3 Tbs. so 5 Tbs. and 1 tsp.
