I was coming home from work monday night and witnessed a very bad accident. The woman in the story (below) recklessly blew through a red light doing atleast 60-65 mph and blind sided a car.I called 911 and was the first person to approach the poor woman who was blind sided. She was in bad shape and I knew she was not going to make it.It was very troublesome to witness it and even more troubling that I knew I could do nothing for her. The woman who blew through the light with total disregard is being charged with vehicular homicide. What kind of sentence is probable in this situation? It happened in New Jersey.
