I'm sure there are home remedies, etc., but this is, in my opinion, too important to leave untreated. My head hurts just thinking about it. You could have chronic fatigue syndrome, you could have mono, or walking pneumonia, or anemia, or hypothyroidism.
Better schedule an appointment with your family doctor. You've felt so bad for so long, why drag it out any further?

There could be alot of reasons. Do you smoke? if so start smoking out side and less. this would help. also you could be low on your water try drinking at least 5 full galsses of water a day. anothing is on the day's you have the headaches do you have less caffine. I you are around smokers and you don't smoke this could cause it too. it could be because of your monthly you know. maybe allergies also. Dust get me really bad and i get headaches from dust. There is a headache relefe in the makeup dept at walmart it goes in your bath water you culd try that. Have you moved? also what about low humidity that too can casuse headaches. hope this helps but i would track you headaches and what happens on those day what you eat take notes daily for a month then go see you doctor.

I recently entered my 15th year (15 years old). I was diagnosed with clinical depression in August and was put on an anti-depressent immediately. You really need to see a doctor, or even go to a walk-in Clinic if you're nervous about your family finding out. From personal experience, it sounds like you could have depression, or ADD. I'm currently also being tested for ADD because I have the focus issues and such (ADD is more than just focusing issues). There's no shame in depression, it's a mental issue that millions of people in the world have to deal with, but there's no point in suffering in silence. If you need someone to talk to you can contact me via e-mail on here. :)

The disturbance in endocrine secretions have made liver fire excessive and it made the Gall Bladder Meridian excessive; your pain is along its' pathway.
There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drugs,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid drugs & late sleeping if possible; worry, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it is very strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.
