Chocolate point is where the body stays ivory white and the points stay brown the whole life of the cat.
Seal point the kitten starts out like a chocolate point, but as the cat gets older the body starts turning brown down the back and sides, and the face markings spread back even further. They're a darker cat.
Lynx point is tabby stripes where the brown would be on a Chocolate point -- in grays and silver usually.
Lilac point is blueish markings (no stripes, just solid color on the points).
Flame point is reddish markings (no stripes just solid color on the points)
Torti point (a blend of brown, cream and reddish on the points.
These are the basic ones. The most common would be the Seal Point. All it is is coat color.

All Siamese have a creamy base coat with coloured points on their snouts, ears, paws and lower legs, tails and (in males) scrota.
The seal point is the color most people think of when they picture a Siamese cat. Seal points have deep seal brown, almost black, points with fawn to cream colored bodies with shading into an even lighter shade on the chest and stomach. The nose leather and paw pads of the seal point are the same color as their points.

Seal point is traditional cream body and dark brown mask/feet/tail tip. They are the most common, but you can also find chocolate point, lilac point, blue point, and the non-recognized red point. The colors are always identified by the color of the mask and markings, the body color should always range from almost-white to a deep cream or fawn color.

Seal point refers to the color pattern of the cats fur.
There are lots of color patterns with different
names. Seal point is a cream color for the body
with dark coloration on the face, ears, paws & tail.
The coloration hasen't any relationship to the
cats personality
