Hell has to be the most devilish idea anyone has ever thought of. It is, without a doubt, the most evil, meniacle, disgusting, gross, negligent, unintelligent, sadistic, stupid, painful, cynical, pernicious, dark, un-loving, hate mongering, scary, dirty, retarded, conceited, built upon pride of an evil shitface, primative, primal, thing ever invented by a sadistic serial torturer. And most importantly, I don't like it.
I don't mean to convert anyone to anything, so piss yourself... I don't care about your opinion on the matter, an eturnal fiery hell is not love, it's retarded. Not even good retarded, I mean President Bush retarded.

You're really reaching for those synonyms, huh? I love people with such a superb, splendid, great, marvelous, remarkable, sterling, exceptional, superior, supreme, superlative, smashing, super, terrific, fantastic, brilliant, outstanding, tiptop grasp of the english language. The next step is to use your superior command of written communication to convey a more creative, thought provoking rant to people of a higher class than the faceless masses of answers.

Hell is a mistranslation of the Hebrew and Greek words Sheol and Hades, respectively. The real meaning of hell is GRAVE. The idea of hell was created during the dark ages to intimidate people into believers - "If you do not do this or that, then you will go to hell"

Hell as taught by the Catholic church does not exist. Itis a false teaching.
It depends on being in existence forever.
The bible denies this.
In the Bible, Hell is termed Hades [ greek]
and it is NOT permanent.
(Revelation 20:14) And death and Ha′des were hurled into the lake of fire. This means the second death, the lake of fire.

Anything burned in fire is destroyed.
So when death is destroyed, so will hell/hades.
No death=no graves.
So hell is man's grave.

I don't, simple as that.

The christian concept of hell with fire and brimstone didn't arrive until the medieval ages and from what I'm hearing coming out of the Vatican that visage has been (or is being) removed from the faith.

How can you not believe in Hell?
There are a lot of bad people who never got a chance to be punished here on earth. Even Hitler killed himself with no real punishment. You need to do some homework on the philosophical reasons alone. Start acting not reacting.

Hell is the place one sets himself up for.
What your mind contains ... in this life .... will carry on....
This substance will live.... thru your physical being and whatever your physical being is at the time of your death...
is the core substances that lives on.
So be positive energy and remove yourself from negative energy and I am sure you wont create hell for yourself..

The only reason people believe in hell is because they believe in heaven, and the only reason people believe in heaven is to give meaning to their life. Of course the only reason that heaven and hell will give to anyones life is that they only live to please god and make him happy, the purpose in life isn't to make yourself happy, but rather god, and if you fail at that then this sick, sadistic, fascist god will send you to hell.

That's part of some people's religion. They believe in God. They believe in Hell. They're both part of certain religions.
