Any aquarist Christians here realise the difficulty and specialist knowledge required to keep so many fish?

Were they all kept in aquaria with regulated temperatures and correct filtration and food types?

wd20x2 try studying biology before you call people dumb.

And it's 'atheists' not 'athiests'.

Amd I'm agnostic.

Wow, reading these answers I'm learning how much creationists don't know about zoology/biology, physics etc.

batgirl2good - How do you know aquariums hadn;t been invented? And what is your reference and dates for 'certain freshwater fish' not having 'evolved' at the time of the flood? Or diid you just make that up?

Why would he have needed to? 4,400 years ago the oceans weren't salty. Look it up.

who's to assert there have been clean water and salt water fish on the time of the flood and specific now there is and which could be adapting not evolving. And for old youngster, in case you examine and believed the Bible as I do you will understand that Noah grow to be over six hundred years old while he build the Ark. And he truly have been given the blueprint from God. So how smart grow to be Noah and how could you bypass incorrect with suited blueprints? So on the instant's human beings are not just about as smart as human beings use to be. we gained't make certain how the pyramids have been outfitted the two yet they have been.

1. many freshwater fish can adapt to saltwater and vice versa (rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, coho, etc.). Many of these would have been in the sea and, later, when the flood receded, have gone up streams to produce their freshwater offspring as they still do today.

2. freshwater fish, birds, and reptiles could have been stored as eggs or roe on the ark. Other animals could have been very young (small) and in some sort of hibernation.

3. All the fresh water that produced the flood could have provided a layer above the salt water in which all freshwater fish could live.

None....They aren't birds and they don't creep on the ground =)

You might want to read the book...Noah's Ark a Feasibility Study.

PS...I am a Christian and have a house full of tanks...freshwater to be exact (well one saltwater too) and the freshwaters don't take much =) But that's beside the point.

Noah didn't need to keep any fish in the ark. Because when the flood came the water was so cold it froze the fish. The when the flood stop the flesh melt and returned to life.

Noah just saved mammals havent you seen the pictures?? All the dinosaurs dead. And it made the grand canyon in 40 days!! The birds just flew around for 40 days. Everything els swam. Fish were granted miracle powers to survive salinity changes. It really makes alot of sense.

Oh like 29,000 feet of water wouldn't make the salt levels to screwed up for the salt water ones too??? He would have had to take all the coral, giant quids, fish and so on too.

Added: The oceans weren't salty???? Where did that delusion come from? OK, so I guess the guy buys evolution, because those coral and fish can't take fresh water now. Coral can also only take a few degrees in temperature and they die.

Noah didn't keep any fish on the ark... I don't know how the salt and fresh water ballanced out during the flood... perhaps things have changed and fish have adapted...

The number of animals, in general, kept in the Ark is solely dependent upon the imaginations of those involved with making up the story of Noah. It is fiction and cannot hold up to rational thought.

There were no aquariums at that time. They had not been invented yet. Moreover, certain freshwater fish might not have evolved yet.
